Characteristics of friction clutch

Friction clutch is the most widely applied and the oldest clutch. It basically consists of four parts: active part, driven part, compression mechanism and control mechanism. The main and slave parts and the compressing mechanism are the basic structures that ensure the clutch is in the joint state and can drive the power, while the clutch operation mechanism is mainly the device to separate the clutch.


Use installation attention


The clutch must be cleaned and cleaned before the installation of the clutch, so as to remove the anti rust grease and sundries.


The clutch can be installed in a coaxial way, or also can be installed separately. The axial must be fixed, and the active part and the driven part are not allowed to move axially. When the axle is installed, the coaxality between the active part and the driven part shaft should not be greater than 0.lmm.


The electromagnetic clutch wet work, must lubricate the friction between the lubricating mode (1) divided by pouring oil lubrication; (2) oil bath lubrication, the submerged part of the oil in the clutch size is about 5 times; (3) axis lubrication, in the high-speed and high-frequency action should be used the axis of oil supply method.


When the embedded electromagnetic clutch is installed, there must be a certain gap between the end teeth, so that there is no grinding phenomenon in the air rotation, but it must not be greater than the delta value.


The electromagnetic clutch and brake are B grade insulation, and the normal temperature rises 40 degrees C. The working temperature of the limit heat balance is not allowed to overspeed 100 degrees, otherwise the coil and the friction part will be damaged easily.


The power supply and control line, the clutch power supply is 24 volts (except for special order). It is obtained by step-down and full wave rectifying (or bridge type rectification) by three phase or single-phase AC voltage, and no steady voltage and flat wave require large enough power. Half wave rectifying power is not allowed.


The requirements of the automobile drive system to the clutch


According to the use of the clutch, it should meet the following main requirements:


1. The joint is smooth and soft in order to ensure the smooth start of the car.


2. The separation is rapid and thorough, and it is convenient for shift and engine starting.


3. A suitable reserve capacity can not only guarantee the maximum torque of the transmission engine but also prevent the overload of the transmission system.


4, the driving inertia of the driven part should be as small as possible so as to reduce the impact when shifting.


5, has good heat dissipation ability, when a car is running, when the need for frequent manipulation of the clutch, the clutch and the driven part can make the relative slip, friction heat, the heat dissipated in time if not, will seriously affect the working reliability and service life;


6, manipulate the light to lighten the fatigue of the driver.
